STRUCTURE OF THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL CONFERENCE
ON EMERGENCY TELECOMMUNICATIONS

1. The agenda of the Conference appears in Document 1.

2. Bearing in mind the relevant articles of the proposed Rules of Procedure, the following committee is suggested, with its terms of reference. The terms of reference have been drawn up within the framework of the proposed Rules of Procedure and the Conference agenda and in the light of experience at previous conferences.

To examine the credentials or full powers of delegations and to report on its conclusions to the Plenary Meeting within the time specified by the latter.
