The degree of success organisations have achieved in implementing the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) has been variable. For countries who have introduced MTEF, there is a need to establish a cadre with the knowledge and skills to implement it successfully.
This course will explore and address the key challenges of implementing the MTEF and the mechanics of programme and performance budgeting to provide practical, long lasting solutions.
What is included in the course fee?
