In an increasingly challenging business environment, financial institutions are placing greater emphasis on talent management as a means of gaining competitive advantage. Managers need to develop a broad set of skills beyond technical competencies as they move into senior positions in their organisation.

This course will explore the attributes and qualities needed for effective leadership and will demonstrate how differing styles of leadership can create lasting, positive results for financial institutions.
