Training Description
This course will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to understand the challenges that surround civil works tendering and contracting and will develop skills and techniques to overcome problems to achieve project success. It will also examine the management of risk and explore strategies for dispute avoidance as well as resolving claims and settling disputes.
What is included in the course fee?
The course fees cover the cost of:
- tuition
- training materials (on memory stick and some hard copy)
- lunch and refreshments on training days

- transfers from the training venue to the airport at the end of the course (UK courses only)
