The Winning Way: Influencing Skills for Senior Executives

Type: Training Course or Seminar
Keywords: Development
Training Description

Influencing skills are increasingly important to all senior managers and executives as organisations recognise the positive impact such skills have on improving sales, service delivery and undertaking change initiatives. Many executives remain relatively unclear about what influencing means and the benefits it can bring to the workplace and to individual careers.

This course will build on the importance of listening, gaining understanding and the power of being influenced if you want to influence others as identified by writers such as Stephen Covey
