Organisations in the private, public and NGO sectors operate in an increasingly complex environment. A high level of financial literacy and strategic awareness among managers is essential for the attainment of goals and as an effective response to external influences.

This course will assist managers with their financial planning and decision-making while at the same time improve knowledge of the strategy formulation and implementation process.
