Training Description

Water utilities in Africa, find it increasingly difficult to provide adequate services to the needy areas: their core business operations are often stagnant, compounded by a dramatic rise in peri-urban and poor settlements.this course is aimed at addressing these challenges. It will support utility and municipal authorities to develop roadmaps to the MDGs for their service areas. The course also addresses Water Demand Mgt., Non-Revenue Water, Customer Care Mgt. and Accelerating Access to water.

What is included in the course fee?
Course fee covers tuition , course file, books and field trip.
Full board accommodation is available at the venue of the course at an additional cost of US$ 750 or equivalent Kenya Shillings. This is optional and participants may arrange for their own accommodation. However, it is advisable that participants stay at the venue. Day participants will be charged a rate of US$ 15 or Kshs. 1,000/= per day.

How to Register
The number of participants is limited (minimum 15, maximum 20). Final selection to the course is done upon receipt of payment. Participants are advised to pay at least 1 month before the commencement of the course to allow time to receive joining instructions.
