Training Description
This course is meant to equip managers and leaders of organizations with skills necessary to steer their organizations into the long-term future amidst ever increasing environmental changes and also equipping them with necessary skills to be able to articulate a future for their org. It is aimed at assisting managers and leaders to understand the environment in which their organizations operate, because it is only after understanding these environments that they can be able to adjust according.
How to register:
The number of participants is limited (minimum 15, maximum 20). Final selection to the course is done upon receipt of payment. Participants are advised to pay at least 1 month before commencement of the course to allow time to receive joining instructions. Applications should reach Netwas International not later than 5th June, 2010.

Training Cost
US$ 1,480 or equivalent Kenya Shillings
This will cover tuition, course file, case analysis materials and field trip.
Full board accommodation is available at the venue of the course at an additional cost of US$750 or equivalent Kenya Shillings. This is optional and participants may arrange for their own accommodation. However, it is advisable that participants stay at the venue. Day participants will be charged a rate of US$15 or Kshs. 1,000/=per day.
