1. HIGHLIGHTS

- A total of 797,404 families / 3,899,307 persons were affected in Regions I, II, III, IV-A IV-g, V, VI, IX, XII, ARM CAR and NCR reflecting an increase of 148,012 families /732,981 persons from the previous report. (Tab A)

- Evacuees further decreased from 74,258 families / 370,147 persons to 64,975 families / 317,660 persons, currently staying in 505 evacuation centers

- Total served both inside and outside evacuation centers were 193,775 families / 982,408 persons

- The total number of casualties remains at 335: broken down into 288 Dead; 5 Injured; and, 42 Missing. (Tab 13)

- Estimated cost of damages is PhP 8,327,750,059 broken down into: Infrastructure - PhP 2,743,203,109 and Agriculture - PhP 5,584,546,950. (Tab C)

- 33,430 houses were damaged with 12,399 houses totally and 21,031 partially damaged. (Tab D)

- The total cost of assistance provided by the Government and NGOslOther GOs is PhP 64,642,849. (Tab E):

  • DSWD - PhP 15,416,783.24
  • DOH - PhP 20,439,332.63
  • LGUs -PhP 10,000,087.35
  • NGOs/GOs- PhP 3,849,771.20

16,850 sacks of rice were distributed by the NDCC to Regions III, IV-A, X and NCR
