I. SITUATION OVERVIEW

A, Effects

1. Affected Population (Tab A)

- Reported affected were 170,497 families / 802,155 persons in 1,250 barangays of 22 cities and 131 municipalities of 13 provinces in Regions III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and NCR

- A total of 36,593 families / 179,659 persons are still being served inside and outside evacuation centers. A number of 4,104 families / 18,696 persons are inside 56 evacuation centers while 32,489 families / 160,963 persons are staying outside evacuation centers

- Existing evacuation centers are the following: 17 in NCR (Muntinlupa ); 35 in Region IV-A (12 in Laguna, 23 in Rizal); and 4 in Camarines Norte (Region V).

2. Casualties (Tab B)

Dead - 34: 2 in NCR (Muntinlupa City), 20 in Region IV-A (1 in Cavite, 11 in Laguna, 2 in Rizal, 4 in Quezon and 2 in Batangas) and 12 in Region V (11 in Camarines Norte and 1 in Catanduanes)

Injured - 20: 10 in Region IV-A (5 in Laguna 3 in Quezon and 2 in Batangas) and 10 in Region V (9 in Camarines Norte and 1 in Catanduanes)

Missing - 5: 1 in Region V (Camarines Norte), and 4 in Region IV-A (all in Laguna)
