Angola: Kwanza Norte - Government builds 50 houses for youth

Ndalatando, 06/30 - Fifty residences are being built since the beginning of this month, in Ndalatando City, northern Kwanza Norte Province, which will be made available to young people between the ages of 18 to 30, guaranteed the vice minister of Youths and Sports, Gonçalves Manuel Muandumba.

Talking to the press this weekend in Ndalatando, Gonçalves Muandumba said that the residences will be distributed through credit, at the price of USD 30,000 each house, to be reimbursed in a period of 15 years.

He informed that the construction of the referred houses is part of the "Angola Youths" programme of the Angolan government.

Gonçalves Muandumba revealed that other 50 residences will also be built in the same locality.

The project includes the construction of 25 five-bedroom terraced houses.

Mr Muandumba said that the programme is financed by the Angolan government. He explained that the "Angola Youths Programme" is the materialization of the government´s executive plan to support young people and has the objective of mobilising the youths for their active and permanent participation in national reconstruction tasks.
