H.E. President Hamid Karzai Saturday met with the families of the people who were killed during and after the August 20 election campaign in Farkhar district of Badakhshan province.
A number of the representatives of the families of victims during the meeting spoke about the details of the incidents in Farkhar district which led to the death of a number of people and demanded investigations into the incidents.
President Karzai promised to order inquiries into these incidents and meet the demands of the victim's families.
