I. HIGHLIGHTS/KEY PRIORITIES
- On 12 March, the United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator for Libya, Mr. Rashid Khalikov, arrived in Tripoli to conduct a preparatory humanitarian mission.
- To date, 267,427 people have left Libya.
- The Regional Flash Appeal for the Libyan Crisis is 47.7 per cent funded. Of the US$160 million requested, $76 million has been received and $5.5 million pledged.
