May 6 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 0930 GMT on Thursday.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb exploded in the Mansour district of western Baghdad, killing two civilians and wounding four others, police said.

KIRKUK - Gunmen in a car threw a grenade at a police foot patrol, wounding two people including a policeman, in central Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Police found the body of Abdul Salam Hassan, a manager in the Ministry of National Security, in his car's trunk on Wednesday in southern Baghdad, police said.

He had been handcuffed, blindfolded and shot, police said.

TUZKHURMATO - A roadside bomb targeting a Kurdish security official wounded one of his bodyguards and two civilians on Wednesday in Tuzkhurmato, 170 km (105 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

MOSUL - Police found the body of a Kurdish student who had been kidnapped two days ago in Arbil, on Wednesday in eastern Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

He had been handcuffed, blindfolded and shot in the head, police said.
