Health camps to treat internally displaced


A two day program has been initiated to treat the internally displaced persons in Jaffna and it begins today.

The program has been code named 'Salmalwathura' under the 'Thaarunyata Hetak' where consultant medical specialists and other medicall staff would conduct the two day program.

The health camps will be held at Kodikamam,Mirissavil and Ramawil, reports from Jaffna said.

Fifty doctors from the other parts of the country are expected to serve on this two day program.

The internally displaced will also be educated on preventive measures during the conduct of these camps.
