May 4 (Reuters) - Portugal confirmed on Monday its first case of a new strain of flu, Health Minister Ana Jorge said.
Mexico, however, said it was winning the battle against the new strain of flu as it stayed largely shut for business and cases dropped, but global health officials hinted a pandemic was still likely.
