The situation in Haiti is fluid and all efforts are continuing to search and rescue. As we move through this difficult period, we are committed to continue to provide you information regarding our colleagues in Haiti.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the people of Haiti, our UN colleagues in the field, their friends and their families. We suffer the loss of our colleagues and friends and will honour their memory by ensuring that the highest principles of the Organization to which they dedicated their lives are honoured in our daily work and our continued commitment to the Haitian people.
