Context
Peace Dividend Trust fosters and implements innovations in peace and humanitarian operations. We are a non-profit foundation dedicated to making aid missions more efficient, effective and equitable, delivering a stronger peace and a larger peace dividend.
Since our creation in 2003, PDT has grown rapidly and employs over 100 staff operating in several countries with a multi-million dollar budget. Our mission focuses on three areas of operation: creating an equitable local economic impact, improving aid effectiveness, and creating efficient peace and humanitarian operations. As we continue to build our team, we are looking for new staff who reflects our mission and our corporate culture. Ideal candidates are bright, enthusiastic, adventurous, and eager to question the status quo.
