Marie Stopes International (MSI) is a marketing-focused, results-orientated social business working in 43 countries worldwide, providing sustainable reproductive health/family planning services to 5 million clients each year.

The Field Operations Manager, Franchising is responsible for supporting MSI’s social franchising activities to ensure the organization achieves its intended impact to strengthen national health systems, improve the integration of MSI service delivery approaches and to ensure compliance with donor rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the reproductive health sector combined with experience in managing and implementing clinical social franchise programmes. Experience in marketing and demand generation, behavior change communication and monitoring and evaluation are desirable. This post involves extensive international travel (up to 60%).

You must be pro-choice on abortion.
