Manitoba Field Coordinator
9 Month Term Position – With possibility of extension.

Working with Heifer Canada’s Programmatic Team, and reporting to the Canadian Prairies Program Manager, you will work to build and strengthen relationships with Manitoba project partners. Your Bachelor’s degree plus three to five years experience in and knowledge of rural and urban agriculture, community development and working with limited-resource communities is key to providing project partners with a solid foundation necessary to flourish.
You will enjoy the challenge of continuing to build Heifer’s presence in Manitoba.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing projects in rural and urban areas throughout Manitoba. A significant part of your time will be spent ensuring that current and prospective project partners are supported in the areas of participatory community development, organizational capacity building and leadership skills.
