(CLOSED) Anti-Corruption Specialist

Location: Morocco

ABA ROLI’s MENA Division is currently seeking an anti-corruption specialist for a 3-6 month assignment, starting in November/December 2009. The specialist will play a critical substantive role in a multifaceted anti-corruption program. A significant portion of the assignment will involve working closely with Morocco’s anti-corruption commission, the Instance Centrale de la Prevention de la Corruption (ICPC) in building the its organizational capacity, in contributing to the elaboration of a national anti-corruption strategy, and in developing an effective communication strategy and activities. In addition, the specialist will also help establish pilot anti-corruption assistance centers and contribute to the development and adoption of a code of conduct for court administrative staff.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of international program management experience and familiarity with international technical assistance programs, experience working on anti-corruption issues in an international setting, and a proven commitment to pro-bono assistance programs. Strong French language skills are essential.
