(CLOSED) Newborn and Child Survival HR Manager (Interim)

Introduction

We are looking for an Interim HR Manager who will work as part of the Global HR Team in our London office with a particular focus on supporting the EVERY ONE campaign.

Job Purpose

The role will be the focal point on the organisation’s human resource planning of the skills and people resources required for the Campaign including reporting on a quarterly basis on progress to date. Also, to work closely and support Policy teams, particularly – Hunger, Health and Advocacy and Campaigns; Premier and Champion country programmes and Regional HR, to identify relevant people issues related to the EVERY ONE Campaign.
The role will also involve co-ordinating HR activities as outlining in the annual work plan, this will include co-ordinating recruitment, including personal involvement in recruitment campaigns and activities that relate to pro-active resourcing.
