Overseas Strategic Consulting, Ltd. (OSC) is seeking hygiene experts with a strong background in behavior change communication techniques for short and long term assignments in Liberia, Indonesia, India Cambodia, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.

Hygiene Experts must have:

Seven-plus years experience designing and implementing comprehensive BCC-based hygiene promotion strategies

Seven-plus years experience in building local NGO/CSO health communications, and community outreach capacity

Training experience
