Overview of project
Supporting and improving standards of Reproductive Health (RH) Care and Public Health Promotion (PHP) project; capacity building of local staff; refresher courses for healthcare / midwives; health promotion through community health programmes. Supporting sustainable improvement in access to and usage of safe water supply and sanitation practices in targeted communities; with a strong focus on hygiene promotion, latrine construction and alternative solutions such as rainwater harvesting, and bio-sand filters.
Responsibilities
To support the smooth functioning of the Southern Kordofan programme, by appropriate overall management of the Logistics Department and Administration/Finance Department.
Qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification
- Certificate in business administration and or office management desirable
Experience
- 1 year management experience
- Previous overseas experience
- Good report writing skills

- Strong character traits, including emotional stability, adaptability, ability to handle stress, cultural and gender sensitivity, honesty, and physically fit
- Successful completion of Medair Relief/Rehabilitation Orientation Course (ROC)
