Location: Chad - N'Djamena
Our Country Office in Chad is urgently looking for someone with HR recruitment skills to assist them in setting up a major recruitment project . This person will have responsibility for the International Post component of the recruitment plan and since the goal is to have new staff in post by the end of 2009 the Country Office is keen to get the plan up and running as soon as possible. The mission should not take more than 1-2 months.
The profile of the candidate would include:
- Significant experience in managing recruitment processes
- Previous experience with UNICEF or UN System would be an asset.
- Fluency in English and French
- Good judgement, initiative, high sense of responsibility, tact and discretion, with sensitivity to different cultures.
- Good analytical, negotiating, writing and communication skills.
- Skills in interviewing techniques.
- Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various office applications.
