Centro di Educazione Sanitaria e Tecnologie Appropriate Sanitarie (CESTAS)

The Centre of Health Education and Appropriate Health Technologies (CESTAS) is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) qualified in managing international co-operation projects in Developing Countries. CESTAS is a non-profit-making, apolitical organisation, which follows a policy of equal rights according to ethnic groups, gender, nationality and religion.

CESTAS promotes sustainable development programs and projects and training activities focused on health, through the direct knowledge and research on the field of population’s needs, being respectful and defending Human Rights and universal solidarity values. CESTAS aims to promote knowledge, study and initiatives concerning the struggle against underdevelopment and hunger world-wide. Areas where CESTAS works are: Africa, Latin-America and Balkans.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PM is requested to:
- Manage and coordinate projects activities
- Liaise and negotiate with institutional partners
- Select and supervise CESTAS local staff
- Identify and frame new project proposals

REQUIREMENTS:

- EU citizenship
- University Degree
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Previous relevant experience in managing projects preferably in African Countries
