Submitting information to ReliefWeb
We welcome documents from a variety of sources, including NGOs, UN agencies, Governments, think tanks, and national and international news media, among others. We publish situation reports, appeals, policy documents, analysis, press releases and maps. We also publish job vacancies and training courses that are of benefit to the humanitarian community.
By making information available on ReliefWeb, your organization helps to improve the collective understanding and coordination of the response community.
Please note:
- ReliefWeb does not charge any publishing fees.
- All submissions are scanned by ReliefWeb staff and will be considered for publications based on ReliefWeb's editorial principles.
Emergency response documents and maps
Response documents focus on emergencies and disasters within a particular country and/or region. Send documents to submit@reliefweb.int and maps to maps@reliefweb.int. Be sure to state the date of publication, source information, contact information and any special instruction, such as release embargo. You can send documents and maps as either an attachment or link.
Policy and issues documents
Documents that focus on themes relevant to the humanitarian community or that concern global activities (e.g., annual reports) are found in the Policy and Issues section. Please follow the instructions in the Policy and Issues submission page.
