Disaster description
In the first week of October 2010, heavy rainfall fell over Saint Lucia culminating in a flash flood in the Dannery Valley. Water levels ranged from 3 to 5 feet, significantly affecting 400 households and the schools in the community. IFRC, 28 Jan 2011
