MADRE is collecting donations for the Philippines mudslide relief efforts

MADRE is working with our sister organization in the Philippines to rush emergency aid to survivors of the disaster. We know that in the coming days, there will be a growing need for medical supplies and medicines, clothing, rubber boots to help prevent the spread of waterborne disease, and plastic sheeting for emergency shelters. Women survivors, who are primarily responsible for the care of injured and traumatized families, require concerted support in order to care for their families and meet their own needs. MADRE works with women-led, local organizations to ensure that aid is distributed efficiently and equitably.
